Role Description

We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to lead paid media and SEO initiatives across Google,Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels. The role focuses on driving qualified leads, optimizing campaign ROI, and integrating AI-based tools to enhance marketing performance and automation

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube) to drive leads and conversions.
Manage budgets, bidding, creatives, and A/B testing to ensure strong ROI.
Handle SEO strategy — keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and content planning.
Use AI and analytics tools (GA4, GTM, CRM, AdCreative.ai, etc.) for insights and automation.
Support overall marketing initiatives, including branding, content, and events.
Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvement strategies.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s in Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
2+ years of experience in digital and performance marketing.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and analytics tools.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
