Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA Techno Functional Consultant for an internal role for our client based in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 7-15 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations, specializing in FICO, MM, SD. Strong stakeholder management and technical expertise are essential for this position, which focuses on optimizing FMCG/retail business processes and integrating SAP with third-party systems. Key Responsibilities SAP Implementation & Configuration : Lead and execute end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, and migrations, focusing on FICO, MM, SD, and BPA. Business Process Optimization : Design, configure, and optimize key FMCG/retail processes, including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, financial reporting, inventory management, and automation workflows. Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with internal business teams, senior management, and technical teams to gather requirements, manage expectations, and deliver solutions. Integration Management : Ensure seamless integration of SAP with third-party systems such as banks, payment gateways, logistics providers, and 3PL partners. Hands-On Technical Expertise : Collaborate with ABAP, Fiori, and SAP CPI/PI teams to develop and implement custom solutions, ensuring system efficiency and scalability. Training & Support : Conduct user training sessions, create documentation, and provide ongoing technical and functional support for SAP modules. Required Skills & : Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field. Experience 5-9 years of SAP S/4HANA hands-on experience in the FMCG/Retail/Manufacturing domain. Strong expertise in FICO (financial processes, costing, and reconciliation), MM (procurement, inventory), SD (sales, distribution), and process automation. Technical Skills Proficiency in ABAP, Fiori, SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, and integration tools. Experience with SAP BW/BI and analytics solutions for financial and operational reporting. Proven track record of integrating SAP with third-party systems, including logistics and payment gateways. Functional Skills Deep understanding of FMCG/retail business processes and workflows, including demand planning, procurement, and financial operations. Strong ability to manage stakeholders and deliver projects that align with business goals. Soft Skills Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Strong organizational and time management capabilities. Preferred Qualifications SAP certification in FICO, MM, SD, or BPA.
