People Partner

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver strategic HR solutions.
  
• Lead talent management initiatives including performance appraisals, career pathing, and succession planning.
  
• Work with recruitment teams to attract, hire, and retain high-caliber talent.
  
• Develop and execute employee engagement programs promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  
• Ensure adherence to all applicable labor laws and organizational policies.
  
• Address employee relations matters with discretion, empathy, and fairness.
  
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to implement global and local HR programs effectively.
  
• Provide actionable insights through HR metrics and analytics to support informed decision-making.
  
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during organizational change.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  
• 10–15 years of HR business partnering or generalist experience, preferably in multinational or complex organizational environments.
  
• In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
  
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  
• Proven ability to manage change in fast-paced, evolving business environments.
  
• High integrity, business acumen, and a people-first mindset.
