Job role

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding, development, and offboarding.
  • Manage performance management systems, including feedback, evaluations, and promotions.
  • Drive initiatives that promote a positive company culture and support employee well-being.
  • Organize company events, team-building activities, and initiatives that foster collaboration.
  • Support conflict resolution and foster open communication between employees and management.
  • Partner with senior leadership to align HR practices with overall business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, handling sensitive employee matters such as grievances and disputes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR policies, practices, and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs to support professional growth.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and career progression.
  • Develop and track key HR metrics to monitor the effectiveness of People Operations strategies.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management regarding employee performance, engagement, retention, and other relevant data.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for HR initiatives such as HRIS implementation, employee surveys, or new training programs.
  • Track and manage project deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across different departments to drive project execution and ensure alignment with organizational goals.


REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Masters' in Human Resources, or related field (HR certifications are a plus).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee issues.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (or equivalent).
