About the Role

As a People & Culture Partner, you’ll work closely with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals. You’ll be both strategic and hands-on — advising on talent development, organizational design and engagement, while leading initiatives that strengthen our culture and employee experience. The role reports to Head - People & Culture.

What you will do

  • Partner with leaders to understand business objectives and design people strategies that enable organizational success.
  • Design and implement people strategies around talent management, capability building, and workforce planning.
  • Lead culture and engagement initiatives that foster inclusion, belonging, and alignment with company values.
  • Champion employee listening strategies (e.g., engagement surveys, focus groups) and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Coach managers on effective leadership, performance, and employee relations.
  • Collaborate with leaders to identify high-potential employees and build targeted development plans.
  • Proactively identify engagement opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Use data and insights to identify trends, shape decisions, and measure impact of people programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, organizational policies, and ethical standards.
  • Leverage analytics to monitor key people metrics and inform decision-making.
  • Keep up to date with external trends and best practices in the industry.
Requirements

Experience & Skills

  • 10–12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic business partnering role, supporting multiple stakeholders in start-up or mid-sized organizations.
  • Strong awareness of emerging HR trends and best practices, supported by ongoing professional learning and development.
  • Strong background in culture-building, engagement, and change management.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of talent management, performance frameworks, and organizational development.
  • Passion for creating an inclusive and values-driven work environment.
