JOB PROFILE Job Title: People Associate-Talent Acquisition Job Summary: TA specialist will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for our organization. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various field based positions, such as promoters, store staff, and ground-level sales personnel Reports to: People Lead Location: Chennai Key Responsibilities: Sourcing and Recruiting: Drive talent acquisition through digital platforms, with occasional on-ground sourcing for niche or time-sensitive roles where direct market engagement is essential. Screening and Shortlisting: Evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and experience to determine their suitability for the specific roles. Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships with candidates, providing them with information about the company and the available opportunities. Recruitment Process Management: Coordinate the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer acceptance. Qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Proven expertise in recruitment, especially for field-level positions or similar roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Fluency in local languages is essential.
