Inviting applications for the role of PA, Process Developer in AP Helpdesk
AP Helpdesk involves every activity involved in resolving the Internal/External queries with proper communications with internal team or business or supplier as per requirement to enhance the Customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Experience of SAP and knowledge of basic SAP T-codes
- Knowledge of Invoice Processing/Payments (AP towers) to resolve the queries efficiently
- Good Communication skills to convey the clear, effective, efficient message to the requesters in Helpdesk
- Work Diligently to respond to AP Helpdesk emails in a timely manner and resolve customer concerns and escalate to appropriate level when necessary
- Work and proper communication with Supplier/Vendor/Client/internal teams to resolve and handle queries
- Adhere the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities
- Convey information efficiently, effectively, and appropriately to meet the needs of the customer.
- Collaborate with teammates and initiate ideas with management to identify, design, and implement process improvements for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain a tracker of the exceptions and ensure Invoices / queries are handled taking based on the exception tracker
- Maintain exception logs for process related exception as and when they occur for knowledge retention
- Train junior members of staff.
- Keep up to date with trends and innovations, regulation and new technology that can impact on the business
- Vendor Statement reconciliation
