Job Summary

Payroll Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  end-to-end payroll processing

  (monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly as applicable)
• Ensure

  accurate salary computation

  , including bonuses, incentives, overtime, and deductions
• Handle

  statutory compliances

  :
• PF, ESI, PT, TDS
• Income Tax calculations & Form 16
• Process

  new joiners, exits, and full & final settlements

• Maintain payroll records, employee salary data, and documentation
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external vendors for payroll-related activities
• Address employee queries related to payroll, tax, deductions, and payslips
• Ensure compliance with

  labor laws and company policies

• Prepare payroll MIS reports and audit support documents
• Manage payroll for

  IT services, staffing, and GCC workforce

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, HR, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in payroll processing
• Strong knowledge of

  Indian payroll & statutory laws

• Experience with payroll tools (Zoho Payroll, RazorpayX, SAP, ADP, or similar)
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel

  (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in

  IT services / Staffing / GCC environment

• Exposure to multi-location or multi-entity payroll
• Basic understanding of accounting and taxation
• Experience handling payroll audits
