GCCX

What you’ll do:

Manage end-to-end payroll across multiple entities and Indian states
Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, and statutory filings
Work with finance and HR teams on inputs, audits, and reconciliations
Handle payroll tools, automations, and ESOP management
Exposure to EOR (Employer of Record) models is a strong plus

Who you are:

8–10 years of payroll experience across multi-entity setups
Detail-oriented, reliable, and great with systems and compliance
Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-moving environments
