Description We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of payroll processing for our organization in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll management, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, and will be responsible for maintaining accurate payroll records. Responsibilities Manage the payroll process for the organization, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments to employees. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to payroll and taxation. Oversee the calculation and processing of employee compensation, bonuses, and deductions. Maintain payroll records and prepare reports for management as required. Work closely with HR and finance departments to resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies. Implement and improve payroll procedures and policies to enhance efficiency. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field. 3-6 years of experience in payroll processing and management. Strong understanding of Indian payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements. Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
