Sai CPA Services is a professional accounting and financial consulting firm offering services in tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and business advisory. We are seeking an experienced Payroll Professional to manage and oversee payroll processing for our clients with accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients.
• Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, deductions, bonuses, and reimbursements.
• Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESI, TDS, PT, and Gratuity.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
• Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports.
• Reconcile payroll-related accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with HR and accounting teams for employee data management.
• Stay updated with changes in labor laws and taxation related to payroll.
• Manage payroll audits and respond to queries from clients and regulatory authorities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in payroll processing and compliance.
• Strong understanding of Indian payroll laws and statutory requirements.
• Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., GreytHR, Tally, Zoho Payroll, or similar).
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in managing payroll for international clients (especially U.S. or U.K.).
• Familiarity with HR systems or ERP platforms.
• Strong communication and client coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,012.49 - ₹68,210.29 per month
