We’re hiring Associate Recruiters — full-time and internship roles — to join our core Talent Platform team in Jaipur.

This is not traditional HR.

This is execution.

You’ll work directly with global startups and scale-stage clients, owning the hiring funnel end-to-end — from first outreach to final offer.

You’ll manage sourcing, screening, scheduling, candidate experience, and final closures.

What you'll do:

Own full recruitment cycles across functions (tech, ops, design, product)

Screen candidates, assess fit, and manage interview coordination

Partner with sourcing teams and clients to hit closure targets

Track funnel metrics, lead delivery calls, and ensure hiring performance

What we’re looking for:

Excellent communicators with strong written and verbal skills

People who think clearly, move fast, and stay accountable

First-principles thinkers with high ownership and sharp follow-through

Comfort working across tools, timelines, and roles

This role is ideal for:

₹30,000/month fixed

Up to ₹50,000/quarter in performance-linked bonuses
