Associate Recruiter

As an Associate Recruiter at KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS), you will play a crucial role in supporting various disciplines to source, select, hire and onboard talented resources for KBR. Your responsibilities will include managing open requisitions, screening candidate applications, coordinating interview requests, and facilitating successful candidate interview days. Your high customer service orientation, attention to detail, and outstanding communication skills will make you an integral part of supporting ongoing hiring needs. Responsibilities: - Sourcing key talent and building a proactive pipeline - Conducting initial screening of applicants and coordinating interviews with hiring managers - Maintaining and updating requisitions with data integrity - Creating and reviewing offer letters in coordination with recruiter/business - Supporting candidates through post-offer processes for a positive onboarding experience - Building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Reporting and tracking recruitment metrics regularly Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree/Postgraduate in Business Administration/HR or equivalent - 1-3 years of experience within a Recruiting team, supporting an agency/in-house team - Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday/CRM) - Expertise in candidate screening, sourcing, and interview coordination - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Capability to interact with people across all levels of business and prioritize requests in a fast-paced environment Join KBR to Belong, Connect, and Grow!,
