Job Title - Associate Recruiter (Stipend + Profit Sharing)

Job Purpose

motivated Assistant Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing
: Assist in sourcing candidates from various platforms (job boards, LinkedIn).
Resume Screening
: Shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
Interview Scheduling
: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
Data Management
: Maintain and update recruitment records in the system.
Client Follow-up
: Assist with client communication and feedback collection.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree
(or currently pursuing) in
HR

Business
, or a related field.
0-1 year of experience
in recruitment or human resources (preferred but not required).
Strong
communication skills

organizational abilities
