Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates across various IT technical roles
Screening candidates: Review resumes, cover letters, and applications to shortlist potential candidates.
Onboarding: Help with the onboarding process for new hires.
Building a candidate database.
Negotiating terms and conditions: Negotiate salaries, benefits, and other terms and conditions.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Support end-to-end recruitment activities as needed

Preferred candidate profile

Good verbal and written communication skills
Previous internship experience in HR/Recruitment (mandatory)
Basic understanding of sourcing platforms like Naukri
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong interest in HR and talent acquisition
