You will be responsible for managing full-cycle IT recruitment for contract-to-hire (C2H) roles. This includes understanding client requirements and job specifications clearly, as well as sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and networking. You will evaluate candidates' technical and soft skills through telephonic interviews, coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and follow up on interview feedback while managing offer negotiations. Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future C2H openings is also a key part of your role.
