Key Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll for employees/associates accurately and on time.
  • Collect and verify attendance, overtime, and leave data.
  • Handle salary calculations, deductions, reimbursements, and statutory payments (PF, ESI, TDS, LWF).
  • Prepare payslips, reports, and maintain payroll records.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
  • Address employee payroll-related queries promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Commerce / HR / related field.
  • 26 years of payroll experience (preferably in staffing/HR services).
  • Good knowledge of PF, ESI, TDS, and payroll software.
  • Strong Excel and data management skills.
