About Us

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for 450+ employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Oversee payroll inputs including attendance, leave, overtime, variable pay, and deductions.
• Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to reconcile payroll data and manage audits.
• Handle payroll queries and provide quick resolution to employees.
• Implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy in payroll operations.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.
• Prepare payroll reports and dashboards for management review.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on payroll management experience, preferably in a mid-to-large-sized organization.
• Strong knowledge of payroll software and tools (e.g., Keka, SAP, ADP, or similar).
• Solid understanding of statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS, Gratuity, Professional Tax, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive data with discretion.
• Experience managing payroll across multiple locations or entities is a plus.
