Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll Manager, located in Bengaluru. The Payroll Manager will be responsible for overseeing payroll administration and management, ensuring compliance with payroll taxes and garnishments, and managing employee benefits. Day-to-day tasks include processing payroll, maintaining payroll records, and addressing payroll-related inquiries from employees.

Qualifications

• 2-3years of experience in managing payroll
• Payroll Administration and Payroll Management skills
• Knowledge of Garnishments and Payroll Taxes
• Experience with Employee Benefits
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree or higher degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
