Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll Manager, located in Bengaluru. The Payroll Manager will be responsible for overseeing payroll administration and management, ensuring compliance with payroll taxes and garnishments, and managing employee benefits. Day-to-day tasks include processing payroll, maintaining payroll records, and addressing payroll-related inquiries from employees. Qualifications 2-3years of experience in managing payroll Payroll Administration and Payroll Management skills Knowledge of Garnishments and Payroll Taxes Experience with Employee Benefits Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Bachelor's degree or higher degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
