Payroll Manager

Job Summary:

The Payroll Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement, statutory compliance, and employee satisfaction. The role involves overseeing payroll operations, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process monthly payroll for all employees with 100% accuracy and timeliness.
• Verify attendance, leave records, incentives, deductions, and reimbursements before payroll closure.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, TDS, Professional Tax, and Labour Laws.
• Prepare and file periodic statutory returns and coordinate audits.
• Handle payroll queries, employee grievances, and corrections efficiently.
• Maintain payroll records, reports, and documentation securely.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams for budgeting and reporting.
• Implement process improvements and automation to streamline payroll operations.
• Stay updated on changes in labor and tax laws affecting payroll.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Indian payroll regulations and compliance.
• Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., GreytHR, SAP, ADP, Tally, or similar).
• Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and confidentiality management.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
