We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive / Manager to join our recruitment and staffing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth in our staffing and recruitment services. Role & responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities across industries for recruitment and staffing services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients (HR Heads, Hiring Managers, Procurement Heads). Pitch recruitment solutions and staffing services to potential clients through calls, meetings, presentations, and follow-ups. Understand client hiring needs, and collaborate with the recruitment team to deliver quality profiles. Negotiate terms of business (TnC, commercials) and close deals with clients. Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth areas. Maintain client database, sales pipeline, and reporting using CRM tools. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets. Preferred candidate profile Min 5+ years of proven experience in business development or client acquisition, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand recruitment processes and client requirements. Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset.
