Payroll Experienced Professional

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing, compliance, and reporting, ensuring timely and accurate payroll administration. This role requires a high level of confidentiality, accuracy, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees, including salaried, hourly, and contract staff.
• Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, deductions, and benefits.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal payroll laws and regulations.
• Prepare and submit statutory filings such as tax returns, social security, and other government reporting.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure payroll data integrity.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and answer employee payroll inquiries promptly.
• Maintain and update payroll records and documentation.
• Generate payroll reports for management review.
• Assist with year-end processes including W-2s, 1099s, and other tax documentation.
• Support audits and respond to payroll-related inquiries.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency.

• Proven experience as a payroll specialist, payroll administrator, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of payroll systems and software (e.g., ADP, SAP, Workday, or equivalent).
• In-depth knowledge of payroll tax laws, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
