Job Summary:

Shambhhawee Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Executive to join our team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing and be well-versed with statutory compliances such as PF, ESI, TDS, and professional tax. This role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to manage payroll operations smoothly and timely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage monthly payroll for all employees
• Maintain accurate payroll records and update changes related to salary, bonuses, deductions, etc.
• Ensure compliance with statutory laws – PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.
• Coordinate with HR and Accounts teams for attendance, leave, and overtime inputs
• Handle employee queries related to payroll, payslips, and deductions
• Prepare and submit statutory returns on time (EPFO, ESIC, etc.)
• Reconcile salary accounts and support audits when required
• Generate payroll reports for management and accounting purposes
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding payroll and employee information

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of payroll processing experience
• Strong knowledge of Indian payroll laws and statutory compliance
• Experience with payroll software (e.g., GreytHR, Saral PayPack, Zoho Payroll, etc.)
• Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
• Additional certification in Payroll or HR operations is a plus
