Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

• Collect, verify, and process employee attendance, leave, overtime, and other payroll inputs. • Ensure timely disbursement of salaries and maintain payroll records.

• Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESI, TDS, Professional Tax, Gratuity, and other applicable laws.

• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for salary revisions, bonus, and final settlements (F&F) • Prepare monthly payroll reports and support audits as required.

• Address employee queries related to payroll, deductions, and tax.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and statutory compliances.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll/HRMS software (e.g., Keka)

• Attention to detail with strong analytical and numerical skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, HR, or related field.

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing.
