Payroll & Compliance Specialist

HR Payroll Specialist / Experience - (4 -8 years) CTC - upto 8LPA / MSW or MBA

Acts as the first point of contact for Employees in Factory, frame and support in HR Policy & Processes, Transactions & HRWeb (self-service- HR- Payroll Tool)

• Preparing/reviewing monthly payroll input
• MIS data for Recruitment- Daily basis/ Weekly/Monthly
• Acts as Subject Matter Expert on core elements of the HR Rhythm Of Share Service- HR processes related to tools/systems such as Payroll Management, Rewards, and Poll, and as needed
• Responsible for payroll & reimbursement processing and other payroll activities.
• Responsible for All Statutory deductions & verification of all other component of salary
• To review the MIS and discuss the issue of non-compliance and improvement area with management
• To verify the different type of statutory dues on monthly/quarterly/half yearly/yearly basis
• Responsible towards Payments & Returns on time under various law like PF, ESIC, LWF, Professional Tax, Bonus, Maternity Benefit, Minimum Wages, Gratuity, etc
• Help employees in dealing with their concerns on all HR matters and preparing monthly HR Dashboard
