Should have end to end Payroll knowledge for Philippines Payroll.
Will be handling around 3-4 Philippines clients end to end payroll support
Should have excellent understanding and knowledge of Philippines payroll requirements including tax and statutory regulations, filing, month end / year end activities
Understanding pre payroll requirements, exception scenarios and ability to analyze and troubleshoot post payroll discrepancies
Analytical & problem solver with the ability to process information quickly and make actionable recommendations
Good Excel Knowledge
Accounting knowledge limited to payroll requirement.
A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in handling
International Payroll operations and projects with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and global service-oriented environment.

Key skills -

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Commerce
Prior experience with payroll platforms and vendor relationships including Darwinbox
Ability to understand the big picture and the inter-relationships of all positions and activities in the different HR, Payroll, Timekeeping and Attendance systems, and process including the impact of changes in one area on another area.
Ability to see and understand the inter-relationships between components of systems and plans, anticipate future events, and apply the principles of systems thinking to accelerate performance.
Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
Work collaboratively and effectively with a large range of stakeholders
