Payroll and Compliance Executive

Job Description: You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational deliverables in the HR department, driving the implementation of technology in HR analytics, updating employee data on the HR system regularly, preparing and submitting all relevant documents and reports, assisting management in handling and resolving HR issues, performing file audits for proper documentation maintenance, handling sensitive employee data and reports discreetly, managing attendance including leaves and leave requests, and effectively resolving employees" queries. To qualify for this role, you must have a minimum of 4-8 years of experience in Human Resources, a Bachelor's Degree with specialization in HR, be well-versed with technology, have knowledge of HR systems and databases, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Presentation. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. You must be able to reliably commute or be willing to relocate to Indore, Madhya Pradesh before starting work.
