Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Payroll and Compliance Executive. The role involves managing payroll processing, ensuring compliance with labor laws, maintaining accurate employee records, and assisting with HR functions. The Payroll and Compliance Executive will also be responsible for preparing reports, handling discrepancies, and ensuring timely service delivery to clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll processing and labor law compliance
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate employee records and preparing reports
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of HR functions and software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
