Salary: 20000 to 35000 ( Salary Will Vary Based On Experience )

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Payroll & Compliance Executive with strong knowledge of statutory regulations and end-to-end payroll processing. The candidate should be capable of handling labour compliances, liaising with government officials, and ensuring timely submission of statutory returns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end payroll processing for all employees.
• Maintain employee attendance, leave records, overtime, and wage registers.
• Ensure accurate salary calculations (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, deductions, reimbursements, incentives, etc.).
• Generate salary slips, payroll reports, and reconciliation statements.
• Coordinate with accounts for salary disbursement.

Statutory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, Shops & Establishment Act, and Minimum Wages Act.
• Prepare and submit monthly statutory challans (PF, ESIC, PT).
• File returns and maintain statutory registers as per government guidelines.
• Handle labour audits and government inspections.
• Maintain contractor compliance, agreements, and documentation.
