Job Description

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational deliverables in the HR department, driving the implementation of technology in HR analytics, regularly updating employee data on the HR system, preparing and submitting all relevant documents and reports as per requirements, assisting management in handling and resolving HR issues, performing file audits to ensure proper documentation maintenance, handling sensitive employee data and reports discreetly, managing attendance including leaves and leave requests, and communicating with employees as needed, as well as effectively resolving employees' queries. Qualifications and Experience required for this role include a minimum of 4-8 years of experience in Human Resources, a Bachelor's Degree with specialization in HR, proficiency in technology, knowledge of HR systems and databases, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Presentation). The company is offering a Full-time job with the day shift schedule at the location in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Reliable commute or planning to relocate before starting work in Indore is required for this role.
