A Business Analyst (BA) role involves analyzing business operations to identify problems and recommending solutions to improve efficiency and achieve goals. Key responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders, acting as a liaison between business and technical teams, and creating reports and data analysis to support decision-making. BAs also help implement solutions and track project success.

Core responsibilities

• Analyze and understand business needs:

  Analyze current business operations, products, and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

• Gather and document requirements:

  Work with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for projects.

• Bridge communication gaps:

  Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams (like IT) to ensure everyone is aligned and that business needs are translated into technical requirements.

• Recommend solutions:

  Develop and recommend solutions, strategies, or process improvements to address problems and help the organization achieve its goals.

Key skills

• Should have Experience in multiple payment gateways or any one of the payment gateways like Axis Bank Inhouse PG, Razorpay, PayU payment gateway, Cybersource, MPGS

• End to End payment processing experience – Tokenization, Authentication (3D Secure), Scheme integrations, CBS integrations
