Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Payment Posting professional located in the Mohali district. The Payment Posting professional will be responsible for processing and posting payments accurately and efficiently. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing processed claims, addressing any discrepancies, updating patient accounts, and ensuring proper coding. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, verifying insurance benefits, and collaborating with other departments to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in Payment Posting, Medical Billing, and Revenue Cycle Management
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using healthcare management software and electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Familiarity with insurance guidelines and medical terminology is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or associate degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred
