Role Overview:

Compliance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
• Ensure adherence to

  ISO 27001, ISO 9001, HIPAA, SOC 1, and SOC 2

  standards.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and internal reviews.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to maintain compliance certifications.
• Provide training and awareness sessions to staff on compliance and data security.
• Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and resolution of compliance-related issues.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance readiness.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in compliance management within the

  RCM / healthcare industry

  .
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with

  ISO 27001, ISO 9001, HIPAA, SOC 1, SOC 2

  frameworks.
• Excellent understanding of data privacy and information security practices.
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in overlap shifts and manage global compliance requirements.
