Patient Experience Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for serving as the first point of contact for patients and caregivers at the Specialty Surgical Oncology (SSO) center. Your main objective will be to ensure that every patient's journey is seamless, compassionate, and well-supported throughout their time at the center, from consultation to discharge. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and counsel every patient and their family with warmth and professionalism upon their arrival at the center - Assist patients with their outpatient department (OPD) visit, surgical counseling, and discussions regarding quotes - Ensure that all diagnostic tests, insurance paperwork, and discharge procedures are followed through effectively - Provide empathy and patience when dealing with relatives or caregivers, particularly during waiting periods - Aid in converting outpatient department (OPD) consultations into inpatient department (IPD) bookings by offering reassurance and clear information Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality, healthcare, or guest relations - Ability to handle patient-facing interactions and navigate emotional conversations effectively - Proficiency in English, Hindi, and local languages (Marathi/Gujarati preferred) - Preferably seeking female candidates for this role,
