Job Summary:

Pathologist

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate analysis of laboratory samples including histopathology, cytopathology, hematology, clinical pathology, and/or molecular diagnostics.
• Review and sign-out reports, ensuring diagnostic accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with technical staff for sample handling, testing, and reporting processes.
• Maintain quality control and quality assurance standards in the laboratory.
• Collaborate with other medical professionals for interdisciplinary diagnosis and patient care.
• Stay updated with advancements in pathology and contribute to best practices.
• Ensure all procedures comply with NABL, NABH, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Participate in audits, proficiency testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• MBBS + MD/DNB in Pathology

  from a recognized institution.
• Valid and active registration with the

  Haryana Medical Council

  (HMC) – mandatory.
• 2–5 years of post-MD experience preferred (freshers may be considered based on training and skillset).
• Experience in molecular diagnostics will be an added advantage.
• Strong diagnostic skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
