Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Pathologist with a minimum 3 to 5 years of experience to join our diagnostic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical pathology, hematology, histopathology, and laboratory management. The Pathologist will be responsible for accurately diagnosing diseases, interpreting lab results, and ensuring high-quality laboratory services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Examine and analyze tissue, blood, and other body samples to diagnose diseases.
• Conduct and interpret histopathology, cytology, hematology, and clinical laboratory tests.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate diagnostic reports.
• Ensure adherence to laboratory protocols, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Participate in laboratory audits, accreditation processes, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Guide and mentor junior lab staff and technicians.
• Keep updated with advances in pathology and laboratory medicine.

Qualifications & Skills:

• MBBS with MD/DNB in Pathology.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a hospital or diagnostic laboratory.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and diagnostic equipment.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred:

• Experience in a multi-specialty hospital or high-volume diagnostic center.
• Knowledge of molecular diagnostics or specialized pathology techniques.
