Role & Responsibilities Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and support departments to ensure smooth patient flow. Manage patient appointments, daily schedules, and follow-ups efficiently. Assist in admission, transfer, and discharge processes with accurate documentation. Maintain patient medical records and ensure confidentiality at all times. Support consultants during rounds, share case updates, and communicate instructions. Handle patient queries, grievances, and ensure timely resolution for a positive patient experience. Coordinate diagnostic tests, sample collection, and ensure timely availability of reports. Track service TAT (Turnaround Time) and maintain quality standards. Assist billing teams with patient billing, insurance documentation, and approvals. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and NABH standards. Preferred Candidate Profile Qualification: BAMS followed by MHA (Master of Hospital Administration). Experience: 1 to 5 years in hospital operations, patient care services, or medical coordination. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Good understanding of hospital workflows, clinical terminology, and patient care processes. Proficient in MS Office and Hospital Information Systems (HIS). Patient-centric, empathetic, disciplined, and able to handle stressful situations professionally. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize. Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to service excellence.
