Partnerships Manager

You will be working as a Partnerships Manager focusing on Inbound Tourism & Medical Partnerships at Prune, a company that is transforming how international travelers access SIMs, eSIMs, and WiFi services in India as part of their travel and healthcare journeys. Your main responsibility will be to establish partnerships with medical tourism facilitators, Destination Management Companies (DMCs), patient coordinators, and travel concierge operators to integrate Prune's connectivity solutions into their services. This strategic role will involve collaborating closely with B2B2C partners to incorporate Prune's connectivity stack into patient and tourist packages. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify, approach, and finalize partnerships with inbound medical travel agencies, DMCs dealing with leisure or healthcare-based inbound travelers, and hospitals/clinics catering to international patients. - Develop and implement onboarding and go-to-market plans for partners. - Establish and nurture revenue-generating relationships and incentive structures. - Collaborate with product, tech, and operations teams to ensure seamless fulfillment. - Lead pilot programs, track performance, and expand successful partner initiatives. **Qualifications Required:** - 3-6 years of experience in business development, tourism partnerships, or healthcare alliances. - Solid network or exposure to inbound travel/tourism, medical tourism, or DMCs. - Effective communicator and skilled at closing deals with a proactive attitude. - Willingness to travel frequently to meet partners in key cities like Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, etc. - Bonus: Previous experience with SIM, eSIM, or telecom/travel-tech products.
