Job Description

  • Lead and execute brand partnerships initiatives that strengthen WedMeGood’s position as the leading wedding discovery and inspiration platform.
  • Strategically identify and onboard brands that align with our audience and brand ethos across categories — beauty, fashion, lifestyle, travel, and tech.
  • Develop integrated campaign ideas that merge brand objectives with WedMeGood’s content, influencer, and community strengths.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (content, marketing, sales, production, tech, and communications) to deliver seamless, high-impact campaigns.
  • Manage client relationships end-to-end — from brief to execution to post-campaign reporting, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional partner satisfaction.
  • Negotiate collaboration terms and deliverables, ensuring brand integrity and mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Conceptualize and oversee branded content shoots, influencer integrations, and experiential campaigns tailored for wedding audiences.
  • Track, analyse, and present campaign performance through data-driven insights and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Drive partnership revenue by converting inbound leads and proactively identifying new opportunities.
  • Foster long-term relationships and create repeat business through strategic account nurturing and value-led engagement.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying new brand categories, partnership models, and creative formats relevant to the wedding and lifestyle ecosystem.
Skill Sets and Experience
  • 4–8 years of experience in brand partnerships, project/account management, or integrated marketing — preferably within media, digital content, or influencer-led industries.
  • Strong understanding of digital-first brand storytelling and the content ecosystem (social, influencer, experiential, and performance-led campaigns).
  • Excellent brand representation and communication skills, with an ability to craft persuasive pitches and present creative ideas.
  • Creative thinker with commercial acumen — able to balance storytelling with business objectives.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced projects with attention to detail.
  • Data-driven mindset — comfortable with campaign metrics, ROI tracking, and insights reporting.
  • High sense of ownership, initiative, and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Prior experience in the wedding, luxury, beauty, or lifestyle category is a plus.
