Role Summary

Partnership Executive (PE)


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and convert high-potential prospects aligned with our Ideal Client Profile (ICP)
  • Deliver compelling value propositions through consultative, SPIN-based sales
  • Own the full sales cycle—from discovery to demo to deal closure
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities in Hubspot
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Solutions, Customer Success, Partnership Development teams) for seamless handovers
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting of MRR contributions
  • Represent the company at key industry events and with strategic partners

✅ Requirements

  • 3–5 years in SaaS / Telecom / Loyalty sales / Travel Tech Sales / Online Travel Agency (OTA)
  • Proven success in new business acquisition and MRR-driven targets
  • Fluent in sales methodologies like SPIN, Challenger, or Value Selling
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Experience working with C-level decision-makers
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
