Partnership Executive

As a Partnerships Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing relationships with vendors and service providers. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the onboarding process of new partners, maintaining vendor records and contracts, and ensuring compliance with all necessary documents. You will collaborate with internal teams to meet vendor requirements, track partnership milestones and renewal timelines, and evaluate vendor performance while gathering feedback. In this role, you will also be responsible for preparing reports and dashboards related to vendor activities, responding to vendor queries, and escalating issues when needed. Your excellent organizational and communication skills will be essential in scheduling meetings, calls, and follow-ups with partners. It is important to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all your communications to uphold the reputation of the organization. To excel in this position, you should have at least 2 years of experience in partnerships, vendor management, or administrative roles. Strong proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required, and familiarity with CRM tools would be advantageous. The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment is crucial for success in this role. Preferred skills for this position include experience in a concierge, hospitality, or service-based industry, as well as knowledge of vendor onboarding processes and documentation.
