Position Summary:

we're looking for a dynamic Partner Solutions Manager Data & AI to drive strategic alliances, strengthen partner relationships, and accelerate our Data & AI solutions growth. If you thrive in tech ecosystems, love building partnerships, and are passionate about AI-led transformation, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Build & manage strategic relationships with technology, cloud, and channel partners.
Develop joint go-to-market strategies and drive partner-led revenue opportunities.
Identify customer needs & align Data, Analytics & AI solutions with partner capabilities.
Enable partners through product demos, solution presentations & training sessions.
Drive pipeline creation, deal execution & partner performance tracking.
Collaborate with internal Sales, Product & Engineering teams for solution success.
Represent the company at industry events, partner forums, and customer meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in Partner Management / Alliances / Channel Sales.
Strong understanding of Data Engineering, Cloud Platforms & AI technologies.
Experience working with partners like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake, etc
Proven ability to build executive-level relationships & manage complex deals.
Excellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Data Architecture, Analytics Platforms, MLOps, GenAI.
Existing partner network in the Data & AI ecosystem.
MBA or Technical Degree preferred.
