Partner Sales Manager

As a Partner Sales Manager, you will work closely with key partners in Gurgaon/Bangalore/Mumbai to ensure alignment with sales objectives and effective selling of software solutions. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue through partner/channel sales by leveraging your expertise in collaboration and strategic planning. - Collaborate with market sales leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy aimed at enhancing customer success through the partner ecosystem. - Align partner sales plays and offerings with Salesforce's go-to-market approach to maximize field impact and drive business growth. - Create and execute a partner marketing plan tailored to regional business needs, driving pipeline growth and establishing territory-specific Annual Contract Value (ACV) plans. - Maintain regular engagement with partner stakeholders, internally and externally, to review performance, refine joint strategies, and ensure effective communication regarding ecosystem strategy and outcomes. - Identify partner enablement gaps and collaborate with internal teams to design solutions that enhance partner capability and effectiveness. To excel in this role, you should have: - Minimum of 12 years of experience in external sales, strategic alliances, or partner management, preferably in high-growth environments across various industries. - Strong background in the SaaS/Cloud ecosystem, analytical skills, and project management capabilities. - Demonstrated success in delivering measurable business results and superior stakeholder management skills. - Effective communication, interpersonal abilities, and a growth mindset aligned with Salesforce's core values. - Substantial experience in alliance roles fostering impactful partner relationships.,
