Job Title: Partner Manager

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Partner Manager to lead and manage our third-party partner ecosystem, with a focus on strategic alignment, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation. This role demands strong interpersonal skills, excellent negotiation capabilities, and a deep understanding of statutory compliance and governance related to partner engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner Ecosystem Management:

  • Maintain and continuously update a comprehensive master database of all third-party partners, including their product offerings, workforce strength, and engagement history.
  • Ensure structured documentation and classification of partners across service lines and geographies.
  • Engagement & Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with existing and prospective partners
  • Ensure consistent engagement with partners to align on performance expectations, capability development, and mutual growth plans.
  • Drive regular reviews, feedback sessions, and value assessments to strengthen the partner ecosystem.

Governance & Compliance:

  • Ensure partner contracts, onboarding, and operations adhere to all statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with legal, compliance, and finance teams for smooth execution and tracking of all required documentation.

Negotiation & Communication:

  • Lead partner negotiations on commercials, deliverables, SLAs, and exit terms.
  • Communicate expectations clearly and effectively across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Draft and review partner communications, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives.

Strategic Contribution:

  • Identify capability gaps and partner opportunities to support business expansion or transformation needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional leaders to integrate partner contributions into business delivery plans.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 10+ years of total experience, with a minimum of 5 years in third-party partner/vendor management roles.
  • Proven track record of managing large partner portfolios across diverse service or product categories.
  • Strong understanding of statutory and compliance-related processes in partner governance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to present and influence at all levels.
  • Strong negotiation skills and stakeholder management experience.
  • Proficiency in tools to manage partner records, dashboards, and communication workflows.

Travel: Occasional travel to partner sites or for partner events may be required.
