Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and driven PPF Manager to oversee our Paint Protection Film (PPF) division. This role will be responsible for handling purchases, sales, inventory, and complete project management, ensuring the smooth running and growth of the division.

Key Responsibilities:

Purchasing & Procurement:

Identify and source high-quality PPF products.
Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers for cost-effective procurement.
Maintain adequate stock levels and forecast future demand.

Sales & Business Development:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
Build and manage relationships with distributors, dealers, and direct clients.
Create new market opportunities for PPF products.

Project & Operations Management:

Manage day-to-day operations of the PPF division.
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for promotions and campaigns.
Oversee installation processes and maintain quality standards.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report progress to senior management.

Team Management:

Recruit, train, and lead staff involved in PPF sales and installations.
Ensure seamless communication between departments.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of automotive accessories, detailing, or PPF industry.
Proven experience in procurement, sales, and project management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and inventory management software.
