Job Title: Paid Ads Specialist (Facebook & Meta Ads)

Location: Coimbatore

About Us:
Ezio is looking for a results-driven paid ads specialist to manage and optimize our paid campaigns, especially on Facebook and Meta platforms, to drive conversions and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns across Facebook, Meta Ads Manager, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
  • Develop ad strategies targeting specific audiences based on interests, behaviors, and demographics.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates, and implement improvements.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and targeting to optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design compelling ad visuals and copy that align with brand guidelines.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Facebook/Meta advertising.
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI while achieving business goals.
  • Provide detailed performance reports and actionable insights to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience managing Facebook and Meta Ads campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Pixel, and analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of other paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
