Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Paid Ad Specialist with strong expertise in managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate must have prior agency experience, with a proven track record of handling multiple clients and delivering ROI-focused campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and copies.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and communicate results with clients and internal teams.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid advertising.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Paid Advertising.
• Agency background is mandatory – proven ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on ROI and performance marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
