Job Description

Job Description:We are seeking a driven and tech-savvy Sales Executive to join our team and drive the sales of our Software products. You will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and closing deals in a fast-paced, innovative environment.Responsibilities:

Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital outreach.
Meet potential clients in person to understand their business needs and recommend appropriate software solutions.
Schedule client meetings, deliver presentations, and conduct product or service demos.
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and follow through on closures.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships for long-term growth and recurring business.
Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery.
Track sales activities and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new technologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. (Preferably Male candidate)
0-1 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in IT/software services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel and conduct field work as required.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with a dynamic work environment.
Basic understanding of software development processes and IT solutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
