Role Overview

We are looking for a Packaging Manager to lead packaging operations at our Umbergaon facility. The role requires hands-on leadership, a quality-first mindset, and a passion for packaging innovation and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the packaging team at the Umbergaon plant.
• Ensure all packaging meets safety, brand, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor packaging quality, efficiency, and process improvement opportunities.
• Implement sustainable packaging solutions and source materials accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with food-grade and US FDA standards.
• Collaborate with production, R&D, and procurement teams.
• Track KPIs and report performance to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in packaging operations (plastics/FMCG preferred)
• Knowledge of PET, PP, Tritan packaging materials is an advantage
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with packaging compliance and quality systems
