Packaging Manager

You will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of packaging materials, coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory, and ensuring that packaging processes comply with industry standards and safety regulations. Additionally, you will supervise packaging staff, monitor packaging quality, and optimize packaging operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs. To excel in this role, you should have experience in packaging design, development, and materials selection. Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control is essential. Strong leadership and team management skills are required, along with experience in inventory management and supplier coordination. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills will be beneficial in this position. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Ghaziabad. A Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in a packaging management or similar role is a plus.,
